Sales Representative, cafes and restaurants
Every cafe in Oman already buys cups. Your job is to make them buy from us. Modest base, commission on every order you bring in, uncapped. You visit cafes, restaurants and hotels in person, put a printed sample in their hand, open the account and take the first order.
What the day actually looks like
This is not a desk job. Most of your day is out in front of people.
From a cafe that has not opened yet to a chain with five branches. You ask for the owner or the manager and you start the conversation.
A real printed cup closes better than any presentation. You carry samples and a printed price list, and you can quote on the spot from the online configurator.
The minimum is 20 cups. That is your strongest line, because every importer makes them commit to a full container first. A cafe can say yes today.
Cups run out. A good rep knows when and calls before the shelf is empty. The commission is in the repeat, not the first sale.
How the money works
This is a real sales job, not a salaried desk job. The base covers you while you build. What you actually earn, you build yourself.
You take a percentage of the value of every order you bring in. A bigger order is a bigger commission. The exact percentage is agreed at interview, and it is not capped.
Cups get used up and reordered. A cafe you open this month may reorder every month after that, and you earn on each one. This is where the income compounds: month six is not one month of work, it is six months of accounts still ordering.
We do not cap it. A rep who opens more accounts and keeps them ordering earns multiples of a rep who coasts on the base, and the gap is wide. If you want a fixed salary and a quiet month, this is the wrong job.
Samples, the printed price list, artwork, production and delivery are all on us. You are not selling something you then have to chase internally. You open the account, we make the cups.

What you do not need
